Just wanted to update the thread. All still going according to plan. Finished training at the regional with no issues and I’m just flying the line. So far the experience has been as expected.
I will be able to upgrade in about a year, but with so many FOs leaving for LCCs (JetBlue/frontier/spirit), it makes me wonder if the best path to a legacy is via a LCC or to stay and get turbine PIC.

Put in your apps with the LCCs. Keep updating. When you get a CJO, make a decision. Legacies are hiring both paths. Heck, put in your app at the legacy of your choice. They have been hiring senior FO from the regionals.
