My car was broken into a number of years ago and a bag with my logbooks in them was taken from the back seat. I have an electronic version that is up to date but my originals unfortunately are long gone.
I know a guy that did. He had a written statement with his printed digital logbook that his originals were stolen and had a copy of the police report. They didn't even mention it during the interview.
