Another draw back is pay, the pay is right with first year regional pay, its actually I beleive $100 or so more a month compared to the regionals. The drawback concerning pay is there is no second year pay, the pay rate stays the same. They slightly reduce your guarantee once, which very few f/o's even break anyways. If you need a lot of hours and plan on staying somewhere for a while, regionals would be considerably better, mainly for the schedule and larger load of flying. Overall, its a solid operation and everyone is great to work with there. Ask away if you have an questions.
Pretty much the same experience I had there. If one is looking to build time and can overlook their life outside of work, then try and fly the falcon there. If you want to sit around and aren't concerned with how much time you need take the convair, the year I was there us convair pilots flew about 300 hours a year give or take (big waste of time when you are less than 1000tt), I've heard as of late it's been about 500 a year, still not a way to build time if thats what you need.
