THEN go to a differences course. (unless things have changed in recent years). I'm not sure if you have to do 757-767 OE or not, but at least it used to be that way.
Looking at the training guide, ER through the 300s, then 400 for the 400s. A fair bit of work, but nothing somehow with prior 121 time would struggle with.
