Why are people so averse to training, outside of having to be on Virginia avenue and away from family? People keep talking about how they would bid XYZ, but don’t want to train so they don’t. Training isn’t hard and it isn’t painful. It is never in my calculus for career moves and I was surprised that it is for others. It’s a drop in the bucket.
Truth. I never thought anything about the -ER training, but over the years I heard a lot of complaining about all the differences. 757-200/300 767-300/300ER. Never bothered me much though. Step up... 767. Step down... 757. After that it is just dealing with whatever you have in front of you.
