Ah, I see what you are saying. Looking at FOM 2.55, it states "The uniform will be worn in it's entirety whenever in the public eye or Company areas, except for the crew member lounges or aircraft."

Then looking under the Uniforms tab on PFC under Required Uniform Items, you'll see Winter Parka. So maybe linking those two policies together led to the CA saying something?

Let's be honest, wearing only the company issued parka liner doesn't look good as it's supposed to be just a liner.
However, the Karbon jacket is made to be worn as a liner only, outer shell only, or both together. Is the Karbon liner only the one in question here or the company issued parka?
