Then looking under the Uniforms tab on PFC under Required Uniform Items, you'll see Winter Parka. So maybe linking those two policies together led to the CA saying something?
Let's be honest, wearing only the company issued parka liner doesn't look good as it's supposed to be just a liner.
However, the Karbon jacket is made to be worn as a liner only, outer shell only, or both together. Is the Karbon liner only the one in question here or the company issued parka?
well that’s like, your opinion man.
the parka liner looks far better than the full parka to a lot of guys, hence the issue here.
Also the point still stands that there is no published company guidance available to newhires that says “karbon liner good, parka liner bad” besides some mythical FCIF that may have been distributed years ago that newhires don’t have access to.
