the parka liner looks far better than the full parka to a lot of guys, hence the issue here.
Also the point still stands that there is no published company guidance available to newhires that says “karbon liner good, parka liner bad” besides some mythical FCIF that may have been distributed years ago that newhires don’t have access to.

Yea I definitely see the confusion from both sides. One would have thought FOM 73 would have been a good place to incorporate an updated uniform policy addressing this subject.
As Purple said, we have bigger fish to fry. So I don't understand the hang-up this person had with the uniform.
