Year 2 pay starts on your anniversary of Indoc at United. I hear it’s a year after your OE complete at AA. So in the near term consider that.
Its not on completion of your OE. It’s on completion of your type ride (LOE). The scheduled date of your LOE is set when you get assigned your AC and base and even if the training gets delayed the anniversary date stays the same.
