We have inverse assignments way down on the coverage ladder. IAs are paid double. They are usually soaked up by people who want them because unlike green slips you don’t have to fly a certain number of hours per month at straight pay for them to pay 2x. They also dont count as a GS for our GS leveling mechanism.

If you dont want it, just don’t answer the phone or call them back.
