That being said, Spitfire is WAYYY BETTER than ECIC. I did both and the customer service, zoom mocks and SBI evals were soo much better then ECIC. The guys at spitfire work at FedEx. Jay moss (ECIC) doesnt. SF even just launched an app for your phone and a community forum to ask questions and trip reports.
I bet those 2-3 guys that failed day 1 sure wish they had prepped better. $400 is NOTHING when considering your potential career earnings. Use the prep service and sleep soundly knowing that you didn’t cheap out and try to save $400 the night before your interview.
Tito got fired because his prep at RST was so close to the real thing management thought it was undermining the process. Who cares what happened to him at AA.. RST probably also still probably has up to date interview gouge.
Also, like another poster said ECIC was absolutely started by a current FedEx pilot. Glad to hear there’s another decent option out there now with Spitfire. I agree that they were resting on their laurels a little too much.
