I also think it's pretty funny that they're so focused on "training center throughput" - maybe the training center wouldn't have to work so hard if pilots didn't keep leaving left and right? Or is the attrition somehow the training department's fault now too?

That's a lot of $10 words to say, "we're doing **** all."
