Fairly junior TPA commuter up to IAD/DCA. So far haven't missed a commute going up. Sometimes I'll have to fly into DCA and take the train/bus over to Dulles. The back end is nice when we're running the 2200 flight back down, its almost always half empty. When they move that flight up to 1800 from 2200 though sometimes I'll try to hop over to DCA to catch whoever is running the 2000 flight down. It sounds like a lot of back and forth but its easier getting from DCA to IAD than LGA to EWR and it costs a whole lot less.
