Tito got fired because his prep at RST was so close to the real thing management thought it was undermining the process. Who cares what happened to him at AA.. RST probably also still probably has up to date interview gouge.
Also, like another poster said ECIC was absolutely started by a current FedEx pilot. Glad to hear there’s another decent option out there now with Spitfire. I agree that they were resting on their laurels a little too much.
RST was no help for the current Day 1 online event.
I used ECIC and felt over prepared. I don’t know if some of these posters have actually used ECIC recently, because I found some of the info in this thread straight up wrong. All sessions were done via Zoom and were very tailored, the CRM event in particular was awesome. They have a bunch of Fedex pilots on their staff. Their customer service was awesome, I had a simple question about my background that I was nervous about, and the CS lady had me on the phone with a coach within a day.
I’m sure both are fine. I thought about trying Spitfire, but the way they are so pushy in marketing themselves (like here) just felt, well….creepy. ECIC was recommended to me by a friend and I didn’t feel that same pushiness. Plus, they just have a longer track record, and that means something to me, but YMMV.
