I've been commuting on them for over 7 years to 4 different domiciles out of DEN.

The have always been very accomodating and friendly.

However, not every station does things the same way when it comes to JS'ers.

It's always a good idea to list yourself first, makes it easier as this will more than likely be the first question out of the gate agents mouth. 1800 432 1359, just tell them you are an off line non rev and want to list. When they ask which carrier you work for, your 2 digit code is good enough.

Now, I don't know how MEM does it, but there are a few stations that want you to check in at the ticket counter for JS, some will let you do it right at the gate. One of the places I used to commute to had a 20 minute rule. If you were non-reving/JS'ing and were not checked in 20 prior to go time, too bad. There was more than one time I saw this enforced, as well as guys being denied for not checking in at the ticket counter. Guy comes running up, asks for a JS pass. Not listed, didn't check in at the ticket counter, and told "sorry".

Of course, this can ALL depend on the mood of the gate agent.

Also, when it comes to off line pilots, it's first come first serve.

And yes, I can tell you. BOTH flights look good for now. However, if the poop hits the fan, the MEM-DEN leg is a EMB-170. Only 1 JS there if it fills up and there is JS competition.
