So many FOs bypassing upgrade, the ones that will be able to hold it off probation aren’t leaving behind amazing schedules. They are relatively junior, working weekends with 12-14 off a month, so being a reserve captain making $120/hr and maximizing 401k isn’t a huge QOL cut Especially living in base
