All sessions were done via Zoom and were very tailored, the CRM event in particular was awesome. They have a bunch of Fedex pilots on their staff. Their customer service was awesome, I had a simple question about my background that I was nervous about, and the CS lady had me on the phone with a coach within a day.

I’m sure both are fine. I thought about trying Spitfire, but the way they are so pushy in marketing themselves (like here) just felt, well….creepy. ECIC was recommended to me by a friend and I didn’t feel that same pushiness. Plus, they just have a longer track record, and that means something to me, but YMMV.

The instructors actually cared and spent extra time answering questions about purple life. I couldn’t even get an easy email answered by ECIC for WEEKS! If I am investing that much I want to be able to communicate with instructors in a timely manner.

I'm just digging how the users with 3 & 5 post histories are on here defending one company or another and calling the other poster a shill for the other company.
