Default FedEx Hiring 2022

Before this continues into a very emotional “Coke vs Pepsi” type war (and I’ll fully disclose that yes, I actually DO work for ECIC), again EITHER COMPANY will get you there (to any airline, so maybe this doesn’t need to be exclusively in the FedEx section) with about the same probability. It’s all about YOUR effort. Both have generally the same success percentages, so at the end the objective data doesn’t make a case for one over the other.

As was stated before, the founder of Spitfire used to be an ECIC counselor, took the same prep fundamentals and packaged them differently, so he’s got a good foundation he’s working with. So it’s all about what you like. Coke, or Pepsi? One is a sweet cola drink, and the other is ………a newer sweet cola drink.

That said, there were some complaints thrown out here about ECIC that are definitely unacceptable and on appearance do not conform to our own internal expectations. I’d be happy to look into personally, just DM me.

As a rule:

-Training sessions are done via video conferencing, not on a “speakerphone.” If that happened to someone here as a one-off, I apologize. I know is sounds like you’ve moved on, but please send me the details over DM.

-Final one-on-one mock interview (topoff) can be over the phone or over video conference, but the customer has the final say on that.

-Customer Service: I can only apologize to those who had a bad experience over a year and a half ago when we had contracted like the airlines due to COVID. Not making excuses, because not having an email answered is a shame. I’ll only offer that we have made significant customer service changes since “bouncing back,” but I’m happy to personally look into any issues anyone had or is having here and make it right.

So again, not trying to argue which sweet cola drink tastes better, but I (we) all do this because we feel passionate about paying it forward, and to that end need to hear what’s not working.
