So you don’t poke a finger in their chest like you do on here. Imagine that you take a more civil tone when you’re face to face 🤔

My point is that if you address your crew like you do here you’re setting a terrible tone and likely pushing them away from supporting OUR team. You said yourself you’d fine a guy for not showing up at a union meeting (without asking why) or kick them out for not agreeing with your view. Cancel culture mentality.
