Default RST Cog prep is a WASTE. Do not need it

The email they sent which said “prep is not required” for day 1 is absolutely accurate. Make sure your computer works, you have a comfortable setting, good lighting, and are in appropriate attire (most go with business casual). Of course there will be folks that follow this post with some good ole fashioned fear mongering, demanding you sign up for COG prep, but they are referencing the previous interview format.

No one here can nor should share details of the test, but if you are the type that would sleep more soundly with some brain game style practices try the CUT-E prep at https://airlineassessmentprep.com

And of course interview prep (ECIC or Spitfire) for the day 2 prep is a good idea.

100% agree… DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON RST COG PREP! yes you used to need the JKT and Cog (but they got rid of the JKT and the cog is mainly to see if you’ve had a TBI/stroke). Anyone who says different only cares about the money grab/fear mongering

Day 2 go with spitfire
