New hire here with a CTP date about a month and a half away. I anticipate being asked to be in a wedding in April 2023 and by that time I should be a very junior FO on the ERJ. What are the chances of getting the time off I need, or how difficult is it to swap schedules with the lack of pilots we're seeing lately?
