What does pay come out to year 1 and 2 FO (what are the bonuses?)

What are upgrade minimums? What’s pay come out to year 2 CA?

If someone hasn’t flown recently but has their ATP and are current do they have a chance of getting hired?

Do any of the bonuses have to be returned if you bail before a specific time?
