They didn’t know which one would be selected but they knew which ones were available and which ones would become available. I know alpa does this strategy regularly.
Not strange at all......lets not forget that this was after private mediation was a disaster. This was the companies "olive branch" to extend to the pilot group in an attempt to gain trust. "see? we WANT to work with ALPA to get you guys the best contract (that aligns with our own values) you deserve....thats why we filed for mediation....."
Its all optics......I hope they finally start to realize that the phrase "My MEC Speaks For Me" isn't a computerized automatic reply.
