950 hrs 121 time or certain part 135 pax pic time substitute. Reserve pay is 75 hrs, lines 72 to 80ish, figure 75x88x12=79.2k plus 30k retention repayable in full, unless hired at AA via flow or front door.

If someone hasn’t flown recently but has their ATP and are current do they have a chance of getting hired?
Possibly. I believe a sim flight would be a part of the interview if there isn't sufficient currency.

Do any of the bonuses have to be returned if you bail before a specific time?
Usually yes.
