I actually love threads like this. For outsiders looking into FedEx - All they see are some FedExers loudly wailing about jacket liners and lie flat seats. These are good problems to have. I'm not saying the job is perfect, don't get me wrong. While the high school cheerleader issues on here are sometimes embarrassing, once the 12 angry men are blocked/silenced, some civil discussion can commence.

I'd guess that many reading our threads would love to have our problems. It's all about perspective.
