The company got out ahead of it's skis with how many flights they put out for sale, and are now having to reduce CASM growth, but not reducing hiring plans.
Our hiring % is matching our growth %. How many pilots are we supposed to hire in your opinion?

No trying to be rude here but what are you even doing in the Frontier thread? You’ve already displayed your disdain for ULCC as a niche market that will never surpass your own.
