You know what will really show this company what's what though? Getting ALPA to spend our dues 3D printing a bunch of orange-colored plastic crap to hang our headsets on (who knew that was a problem that needed fixing!). That'll teach management a lesson they'll never forget!
All I saw on that other thread was people volunteering to make the orange stuff on their own dime. Didn't see anyone ask the union to spend a dime on it. On another note, I don't know anyone who thinks they can teach management anything. If they were capable of receiving instruction our operation wouldn't be in the mess it is right now.
