You know what will really show this company what's what though? Getting ALPA to spend our dues 3D printing a bunch of orange-colored plastic crap to hang our headsets on (who knew that was a problem that needed fixing!). That'll teach management a lesson they'll never forget!
If the message “my MEC speaks for me” isn’t heard by management when you have the largest picket in ALPA history, perfectly coordinated, with incredible discipline, I’m not sure it can be heard.

Everything this management team does and says, from Care Bears and cowbells to listening sessions and staffing changes… “recruitment and retention” strategy to social justice paint jobs….. it’s all…. ALL of it…. performance art masquerading as airline management.

in order to hear a message you must first be compelled to listen and then you have to actually listen.

They have yet to even be compelled…. But hopefully… that day of reckoning is coming.
