How is seniority established in the class for training (social/age)? 2. In the 121 world seniority helps get you days off and a specific schedule...at NetJets is seniority primarily just used to get you vacation time and what days that you start for a 7/7 or 8/6? I believe seniority is by age of those starting on the same day. Seniority at netjets gets you your schedule, vacation, and monthly PTO (personal days off) days. Schedules are bid 3 times a year with only the period that starts in October being an open flush bid. The other two bids you can change schedules/ start days by seniority, but you cannot bump a junior pilot from their schedule if they don't want to change schedules.
