Just like this incident

ASN Aircraft accident Airbus A321-231 (WL) N114NN New York-John F. Kennedy International Airport, NY (JFK) (aviation-safety.net)

Says investigation is "ongoing" but it has been strangely omitted from the NTSB database.

There is an FAA incident database that has a blurb saying the FAA determined it was pilot error, but the NTSB strangely quiet.
