Someone in talent acquisition should be fired or at least have their email privileges revoked. But, if you need any indicator as to how some things are, I guess that’s as good as any.
I remember I got my congratulations you made through phase 2 after I’ve been here for 2.5 years. That was 6 or so years ago. None of this is surprising it’s gotten worse since then.
