I believe the truth is somewhere in between. Should we allow one person to call out every holiday and abuse the system and end up forcing reservists to work their holiday? No. Is that their right? Yes. Tough spot if you’re a CP but that’s the job.

As much as I dislike people abusing a system I believe the company went overboard and it was a pretty shallow move. It has accelerated the attrition problem that didn’t need any help accelerating.
