I'm married to a US citizen and am waiting for my Green Card. I'm wondering if I should finish my degree before applying, I currently have a 2 year Aviation Diploma from an aviation college in BC. My credentials are:

6000 hours TT
1100 hours PIC Q400
3000 Hours on A320

I flew for our regional in Canada (Jazz Aviation) for 3 years and now with Air Canada for 4, do I have a chance of being hired at Delta or is there more I can do to make myself a better candidate? Sorry I'm new to how things work south of the Canadian border so any info would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers
Let them be the judge of your competitiveness. With them relaxing the degree requirement and barring your working rights (which looks like you're about to attain), I wouldn't wait to apply. The length of time you have an application on file also counts.
