Hello everyone! I just attended the Delta Career Expo on the 2nd of May. I was in the 1:30pm slot, and felt that my recruiter, and I, we're operating on different wavelengths. Regardless, I felt it was a positive experience, and feel just as "competitive" as she admitted. Do we know whether the recruiters have a direct say in whether you get an assessment email, or is it a box to check on the application side of things? Any ideas, or suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thank you!
