It is a bad thing, when you really consider the reasons. They slowed the growth for the rest of the year largely because of staffing, and largely because of pilot hiring/attrition. In addition, Robin clearly said on the conference call with Wall Street that this problem could continue for the foreseeable future/years.
Their big solution to pilot attraction/attrition/staffing is to try to hire more and "double down on culture", you know, because most pilots that leave JB are leaving because their isn't enough "culture". Facepalm.
Put it all together and you have less growth, slower seniority progression, will last for years, and their solution will make it worse, not better...
There's a word for that... Bad
