I'm wondering if Delta has hired many pilots recently without a degree? I've been living in Canada and working for Air Canada for the past 4 years and have recently been thinking of making the move to the US and hopefully working for an American carrier so I don't have to commute to Canada. I'm married to a US citizen and am waiting for my Green Card. I'm wondering if I should finish my degree before applying, I currently have a 2 year Aviation Diploma from an aviation college in BC. My credentials are:

6000 hours TT
1100 hours PIC Q400
3000 Hours on A320

I flew for our regional in Canada (Jazz Aviation) for 3 years and now with Air Canada for 4, do I have a chance of being hired at Delta or is there more I can do to make myself a better candidate? Sorry I'm new to how things work south of the Canadian border so any info would be greatly appreciated!
