Doing it now. "Worth it" is subjective. I stayed on US time so my socializing and/or visiting time is pretty limited, but that's a personal choice. It's worth it if you get done sooner, and get yourself in the IOE line. Otherwise, just take a US footprint. Not flying because you're waiting on OE is time you're not building for the next job, so if it's a two week difference between STL and Paris, just bite the bullet and come here. Also, it's like $80 something in per diem per day... if you're into the extra money thing.
