ORD is not losing money, what IS losing money is the loss of operational control during IROPS to the tune of 50 million this last time and 30 million before I believe. But hey let's shrink Chicago/Dallas and open massive bases in Hurricane prone areas, that makes perfect operational sense......I guess.
