Go to the home page of this site, airlinepilotcentral.com, look for fractionals (on the right side), then click on the one you're interested in.

Pay is the same for everybody regardless of experience, that is first year F/O pay.

Best frac. to work for- NetJets seems to have the best contract, but CS and FX are good companies as well, all 3 have very strong backing (Berkshire Hawthaway, Cessna, Bombardier).

As far are getting hired at a fractional right out flight school, NO. Their minimuns are hard, which means they MUST be met. Even you meet their minimmuns (NJ, FX, CS), I still don't think that's enough to get you an interview. Considering the amount of applications NJ, CS, and FX have on file, I bet they never hire a guy without turbine experience again.

I don't know what type of experience PlaneSense and Avanti Air are looking for.


You seem like you really don't want to do the regional thing (can't say that I blame you).
