While marginally true, overall ORD has more flying and Envoy and AAG have shown a willingness to pull out of a base.
Of course, obviously PDT and PSA have much smaller bases, so one never knows and the rumors of RPA moving back into MIA haven’t come to pass, yet.
But either way, the willingness and resignation of the Envoy management team to have basically thrown in the towel and just allow the company to shrink is disturbing. There is a core of lifers that will be at Envoy to the bitter end, but even that group is shrinking and while a lot of them are in training, there’s not ENOUGH of them to sustain things. The incipient stage of the death spiral is upon Envoy.
