From what I have heard from a friend who's a FO out of SFO its most likely to resume in August unless a miracle happens and we start getting more captains. The problem is from what he has said is both FOs and captains are leaving on the CRJ side because lots of guys don't want to upgrade and they feel there's not enough incentive as well. They do have upgrade classes going through from what I have seen which is a good sign so hopefully its sooner than later. Sim training will be scheduled to get us all recurrent in the plane before our first IOE trip. Most of the coordinators don't have a timeframe when they'll start scheduling again.
If they actually wait until August, I feel like they’re going to have an even bigger problem. ULCCs are picking up people with ATP mins, so these FOs waiting since December/January might end up leaving for a better opportunity.
I hope they pick up the pace sooner rather than later
