If you are referring to a Yellow Fever vaccine, then yes you can get a waiver for this. The YF vaccine is a live vaccine and if you have certain medical conditions then it is not recommended to get this vaccine at all. This is something you'll already be aware of if you have a medical condition and with your doctor's letter, Delta will accommodate you. Now for the COVID vaccine, good luck.
