Do you purposely make it "that bad"? It might not be enough until Schumer can't get a flight to ACK/ Graham can't get out of CHS (see, both sides of the aisle
). Then it's "that bad" and at that point the government might allow just about anything...Big 3...or 4 getting one of the few dance partners left.
