Definitely not, but I feel as it’s more rare than people make it out to be. But the key is you obviously have the PIC time. The FOs who went right seat RJ to Big 3 cannot apply to FedEx. Or the FOs who went right seat RJ to right seat LCC/ULCC including SW cannot apply to FedEx. And I know of RJ FOs who went right seat straight to SW. But In a sense the PIC requirement, currently in this job market, keeps away the people who don’t really want FedEx.
