Trying to see what a few years of commuting in the 74 from South Florida will be like until enough seniority is obtained to bid over to MIA (and maybe hold a line)...

1. Any info on what a MIA commute to ANC is like? I'm sure traveling from one corner of North America to the other is a massive pain but how easy or hard is it to fly on company metal or jump seat to/from?

2. What about MIA to SDF?

3. Bonus Question: Once domiciled in MIA, what's a realistic furthest distance that you can live and make the 1.5 hr reserve callout? I'm curious how feasible Ft Lauderdale or Pompano Beach might be...
