I think the reality is that, even though we are hiring in huge numbers as a percentage of pilot group, the raw numbers are so small that we really can be picky. That said, the current HR process, which has dropped the sim portion, has been producing a higher than normal number of newhire duds. I’m guessing we will continue to muddle along with a less than stellar HR process picking the new hires. It is Brown and they rely on a superior business model and neglect a lot of other aspects of the business that could boost productivity and profit.
