When lines are being awarded with 16 to 17 days of flying, all of which are 12+ hours of duty, airplane swaps at every avail and short overnights, even 200% isn't worth it. Most that I know are just burned out. Quite a few upgraded just so they wouldnt have to GS to keep up with inflation.
