it sounds like Jetblue just publicly made their intentions to do the hostile takeover eventually, but they actually haven’t started purchasing Spirit shares, correct?

if they do a hostile takeover can Spirit still exercise the poison pill?

I assume even if Spirit shareholders vote for the Frontier merger Jetblue can still go through with the hostile takeover??
