Sorry Trip7, you got it wrong! (and haven't corrected yourself) DALPA's original basis for negotiating Scope outside of Sec 6 has long since passed and we are now in the midst of sec 6 negotiations. This Scope AIP should be rolled right into the completed sections of Sec 6, and used as leverage for completing all remaining sections! Is SHOULD NOT be considered separately as an LOA any longer. Management needs to be incentivized to aggressively move forward with our current negotiations, this will help accomplish that. Please give a single reason why we should consider this as an LOA outside of Sec 6?
