Barely keeps up with inflation and doesn’t address reserve, training pay, vaca pay, and a host of other issues. Don’t be blinded by “20%”. As for our culture, the Pilot culture is, for the most part, pretty good. We have a few with their heads in the sand and don’t understand that being in ALPA is a participation sport, but most get it. As far as corporate culture, most pilots don’t give 2 ****es about all the drivel coming out of Willis tower. We’ve seen the same repackaged branding stuff a dozen times through the years.
